Apparently they took a “road trip” for two weeks and drove across 5 states before police finally found them in West Virginia.

Lindsay Massaro was a student teacher at Frankford Elementary School in New Jersey.
In April of 2009, she was caught having an affair with one of the middle school students there.
She had inappropriate relations with him in her car and at her home.
She was caught when the student’s father reported an “ongoing relationship” between the two of them.

Although Loni Folks was a fifth-grade elementary school teacher, she hosted a 16 year old boy who was a foreign exchange student in her home.
It wasn’t until a member of her community spoke up about the relationship the two had, that she ended up getting arrested for it.
At first she denied the claims, but later pleaded guilty to her crimes.
